Tuition
Each course has its own schedule and number of classes. Before enrolling, you will be informed of the cost of the course and the number of classes you will attend. Once you are registered, payment for the course is due in full. If tuition payment is more than 7 days late, a $20 late charge will be applied.
Teaching services:
Students may not hire teacher services outside of the institution during or after the completion date of their course.
Missed Classes
Individual classes missed by a student due to illness or personal scheduling conflicts can be rescheduled with previous notice of 72 hours and for any emergency, 24 hours in advance. Only in case of extreme emergency notified 5 hours in advance, the individual student will get a makeup class. Individual students can get one regular makeup class per session (6 – 8 week courses) and only a second one due to an extreme emergency.
Group classes don’t have makeups. All group classes are going to be recorded in order to revisit the material. Students should inform the teacher whenever they are going to miss a class (at least 24 hours in advance).
Withdrawal
If a student withdraws with prior notice within the first week of enrollment, a refund will be issued for the remaining classes. After the first week of classes, 50% of the remaining funds will be reimbursed.
